Preko planine nije nikakav problem, ali oko jezera cesta je (bila 2006.) katastrofa. Jezero nisam ni vidio od silnih rupa, bacio sam pogled tek na brani.

Jesu li sredili taj dio?

To je cesta DN7C. Imas je na google earthu. Cesta ide preko Karpata u smjeru sjever-jug.
Prvo veće mjesto sa južne strane Karpata je Curtea de Arges.

from the north side is better.
The road condition is:
from the north side from Sibiu until to Balea Lac (Capra) the road is very good.
from the south side from Curtea de Arges to Balea Lac (Capra) the road is under construction. With a GS, Transalp bike or something like this you can drive there. With a sport bike it is a little bit hard, because the road have small halls.

But I tell you, he start to reparir this part and he start from the top of the mountain (Capra) to Curtea de Arges.

sa sjeverne je koliko se sjećam nešto strmiji uspon,a kad se popneš na vrh prema jugu pucaju preljepi pogledi...ma svejedno je!....još ako je asfalt popravljen kako god da napraviš gušt je zagarantiran..

If you go in Bulgaria, you must to be very careffuly with the parking. You must to park only in secure parking.
A lot of pleople from romania go there and come back without cars or motorcycle.

Mi smo bili 2008. i cesta je bila fakin katastrofa.
Ekipa sa strane nam je cijelo vrijeme pljeskala, a kada smo skuzili koliko rupa ima i da ekipa ide samo sa krampovima skuzili smo zasto su nam pljeskali :p
