Evo ke veli tip
@MichaelJ : Yup the altitude brings down the haziness pretty much, and you can see far and clear. Low air density means low humidity + lower suspended sust and particles in the atmosphere. Even still, clouds played spoilsport with a few pics that I expected to turn out better.
@ Idahosam : Ladakh offers photo opportunities by the ton. On a good day, you won't really have to wait for them... they just jump at you!
@jkam : Am on it.
@PackMule : That's a big honour! Thanks. Nice thread you have there.
@sixer : Just unmount and take a walk and you would be puffing and panting, unless you are used to it. Ofcourse, riding all the way from sea level to 18,380 feet lets one acclimatize a lot compared to people who fly there.
@Jammin : Well, these are 180 CC and 150 CC single four stroke. But pretty lean burn engines; adjusts to altitude pretty well, though loss of power is apparent in an already underpowered bike. We faced no problems with the bikes though, except for serious lack of power (that's more a characteristic than a problem... can't help with that).
