Aprilia RS 250 problem

Radi se o sljedećem, vakum ventili ne dobivaju struju. Ventili su ispravni, imaju dobar otpor i kad ih spojim na 12v rade. Upalim motor,mjerim na instalaciji do njih i ništa..svejedno na koliko obrtaja ali struja ne dolazi do njih.... (senzor otvorenosti gasa isto pokazuje dobar otpor pa smatram da je i on ispravan)

Ako netko ima iskustva...

dali davač broja okretaja daje centrali informaciju i dali centrala prosljeđuje signal dalje

Nemam pojma...za to mi treba manual,prvo da nađem šta treba da gledam ....znači, čika Breki imaš zadatak  :wink:

The carburettor uses a flat slide type throttle valve
which helps make main bore air flow immediate
and provide better fuel atomisation, ensuring
quicker engine response. This carburettor is in its
air control system which supplies electronically
controlled auxiliary air through the pilot air and
main air passages. This control is performed by
the control unit which receives the throttle sensor
and engine revolution input signals. And after processing
these signals, the unit outputs an ON/OFF
signal to supply the engine with the optimum
amount of air through the main air and pilot air solenoides






Ukratko....znaci ECU uzima signal sa brojaca okretaja i senzora gasa te ih obradjuje i onda ECU daje signal ventilima da otvaraju i zatvaraju  :misli:





AIR SOLENOIDS
l Set the ignition checker on "MODE 3" and the
adaptor on "MODE 4".
MINIMUM AIR SOLENOID
l Check the operation of solenoid with a pocket
tester (range: DC 25V).
l Insert a 0–0 probe of pocket tester to the G/V
lead wire’s coupler and a 0+0 probe of pocket
tester to the Ar/N lead wire’s coupler.
l Turning the “REVOLUTION” dial knob gradually
to check the following operations at the
specified rpm.
at 500 rpm = “OFF”
at 1.000 rpm = “ON”
at 2.000 rpm = “OFF”
MAXIMUM AIR SOLENOIDS
l Depress the ignition checker “MODE 3“ button
and turn "MODE 4" adaptor button .
l Depress the “POWER” button.
l Turn the switch to “START” position.
l Check the operation of max air solenoids by
“click” sound emitted y the solenoids when
they are fed.
l The normal functioning of the solenoids in relation
to the opening angle of the throttle knob
is as follows:
at 4.000 rpm
throttle

0 1/4 1/2 3/4 complete knob
opening
only one "click"
at 6.000 rpm
throttle
opening
0 1/4 1/2 3/4 complete knob
opening
continuous series of "click"
at 8.000 rpm
throttle

evo i ovo sam nasao ...ako pomogne  :wink:

Idling or low-speed trouble
1. Pilot jet is clogged or loose. Check and clean.
2. Air leaking from carburettor's S.I.P.C. hose or starter. Check.
3. Pilot outlet or by-pass is clogged. Check and clean.
4. Starter plunger is not fully closed. Check and adjust.
5. Imbalance of carburetors. Adjust the carburettors.

Medium- or high-speed trouble  
1. Main jet is clogged. Check and clean.
 2. Jet needle is clogged. Check and clean.
3. Throttle valve is not operating properly. Check throttle valve
for operation.
4. Filter is clogged. Check and clean.
